Oil Boiler servicing – Why they should be serviced annually
If your oil boiler servicing is not carried out annually, it could invalidate your warranty with the boiler manufacturer. An annual service will help prevent breakdowns and further costs. It also assists in the boiler running economically.
Don’t just take our word for it, see below what some of the leading manufactures say…..
Grant UK – The boiler should be serviced at least every 12months. This is also a condition of the second year manufacturer’s warranty. The nozzle and original braided oil hose should be replaced annually. On sealed systems, the expansion vessel air charge must be checked.
Worcester/Bosch – We recommend a yearly boiler service to help ensure that your boiler is running as efficiently and safely as possible. Please be aware that many house insurance policies also stipulate that your boiler must be maintained as a condition of your agreement.
HRM Boilers – It is very important to have your boiler serviced/maintained on an annual basis to ensure the warranty period of the boiler is trouble free.
